About this project:
When we were tasked with this project, the goal was to create short films highlighting how Latino small business owners could utilize the free Google suite of products to grow their businesses. Through our research, we learned that Latino small business owners leaned heavily on the advice and recommendations of other business owners in their communities.
With that insight in mind, we needed to ensure that our content was authentic. We knew the story we wanted to tell but felt it was important that those telling the story had lived the experience. After identifying Latino small businesses who had found success with the Google suite of products and developing a strong storyline, we were able to interview our subjects in a way that allowed them to share their own stories in a way that positively portrayed the brand.
